Our matching is based on the needs given by a recruiter in the job post and the skills that candidates listed down in their profile. The higher the score, the better the needs match with the skills. Thus, the profiles with the highest rate (matching percentage) will be displayed at the top, the others follow in descending order. For a good match, please ensure to write down all relevant information: skills, experience and the desired sector.
We are the only pan-African digital recruitment platform bringing together all sorts of companies that are seeking for a wide range of talent and simultaneously connecting candidates from the African diaspora, repats, talent and globalistas with the right job. Through which you will have visibility on all the opportunities in Africa.
We work with any company that is searching for talent in Africa, from multinationals to small and medium sized companies to ensure access to both entry as well as high level jobs.
Once you have registered, you will be able to browse through the current job offers based on your filters. Or you can let our matching system do the work for you.
We welcome all qualified candidates above 18 years and older, seeking for a job in Africa.

Recruitment is a human process, therefore all final candidates will be interviewed by our recruitment team to ensure a good match for both sides. In the meantime we are working on offering extra courses and workshops to make sure you become the best possible candidate.

Our matching is not only based on algorithms that will save you time and costs to find your next employee, we believe in the human touch of recruitment, therefore we have a great human resources team that also pre-selects for you.
There are 3 different profiles in our database. Firstly, Africans from the Diaspora based in Europe, North and Central America, Middle East and Asia. Second non-African talent open to local contracts.. And lastly, Africans leaving in Africa and willing to get new opportunities in their countries or in other countries in Africa.
