Former bank secretary, then fashion designer, and now oil magnate in Nigeria, this woman is now the richest woman in the world. With an estimated $ 3.3 billion, Ms. Alajkija is now the founder and director of Famfa Oil, while being married and the mother of four boys. Her company produces nearly 200,000 barrels a day. Despite her busy schedule, this African mother says that she has no trouble mixing private life with professional life. Fatou Bensouda, the international iron lady
Today General Attorney of the International Criminal Court, Mrs. Fatou Bensouda is the most feared and disputed magistrate on Earth. After studying Law in Nigeria, she became General Attorney of the Gambia before becoming Minister of Justice in that same country. She also served as a member of the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda.
Since 2011 she is at the International Criminal Court, she finds herself at the heart of African politico-judicial life, making her one of the most influential women on the continent. She is not afraid of confronting militias and positioning herself as a super-justicier on the continent and should be an example for many women who think that femininity in a field as traditionally masculine as the magistracy is only an asset to use to get to their end.
