Customized recruitment event for a large international organization.
Client’s Request: Assist the client in achieving a quota of employees of African origin by sourcing the best candidates for each position and organizing a recruitment event to facilitate meetings between the client and African diaspora talents.
Needs Assessment: Worked closely with the client to understand diversity and inclusion goals, as well as the specific quota of employees of African origin they aimed to achieve.
Candidate Sourcing: Conducted in-depth research in our professional network and database to identify the best African diaspora talents matching the required skills and qualifications for each open position.
Organization of an International Recruitment Event: At the client’s request, we organized the “Africa Leadership Forum” in a large Parisian hotel, providing a platform for the client to meet the pre-selected candidates. Coordinated the event, including logistics, promotion, candidate welcome, and networking sessions.
Meetings and Interviews with the Client: During the forum, the client had the opportunity to meet pre-selected candidates, conduct interviews, and assess their suitability for vacant positions.
