Founded in 2008, Kabera Consulting & Coaching is a consulting firm based in Montreal West (Canada) that supports African business leaders in their organizational transformation. We place a particular emphasis on mid-sized technology and industrial companies (equivalent to Canadian SMEs), with a structured and operational approach focused on three key areas:
