Our Methodology
- Briefing
This analysis of the client’s needs and recruitment challenges is the cornerstone of our collaboration: the goal is to precisely outline the profile of the candidates to be identified from the very beginning.
- Project Team Setup
Talent2Africa provides a dedicated project manager for the entire duration of the collaboration. The project manager opens access to our recruitment platform for the client, allowing them to have real-time visibility into the progress of the recruitment process and interact with the dedicated project manager on the profiles identified by the consultants.
- Sourcing and Screening Stage
Talent2Africa activates all relevant sourcing channels to identify and contact the best profiles for the position. Talent2Africa’s interview methodology validates the candidate’s motivation factors, professional skills, sector expertise, as well as soft skills (behavioral abilities), and key personality traits.
- Delivery of a shortlist of preselected candidates within a maximum of 10 business days from the briefing.
Deliverables: CVs, Interview Report, additional personality test, and reference checks.
