Talent2Africa is the first pan-African recruitment platform. Convinced that the rise of the African continent depends on the success of the private sector and access to strategic positions of the best talents within companies, the founders create the first network of executive candidates interested in career opportunities in Africa.
Talent2Africa is today the only pan-African recruitment web platform that brings together candidates from all walks of life interested in career opportunities in Africa. In his viewer: the African diaspora, expatriates, executives and young African graduates.
Talent2Africa is today several teams that are divided between Paris, Casablanca, Dakar, Abidjan and Nairobi. The opening of an antenna in Lagos is under study.
In October 2015, Chams Diagne, Co-founder of Viadeo (2nd largest professional social network in the world in 2015), created Talent2Africa in Dakar, Senegal.

The following year in June 2016, Talent2Africa was launched at the Expat Forum in Paris. Youssef Debbagh, founder of an affiliate marketing platform in the MENA region and expert in digital marketing, joined the adventure as a Africa Development Director in January 2017. Follow-up by Benoit Martin, founder of Forum Expat and director of African business units in the World, who also joined as a co-founder.

The international dimension of Talent2Africa has also materialized by the opening of offices in Abidjan, Nairobi and Paris, then beginning in 2017 in Casablanca.

Talent2Africa has been selected by the American tech magazine, Techcrunch, among the top 15 startups on the continent.

A Venture Capital fund enters the capital of Talent2Africa

Talent2Africa is selected by Stanford Seed from hundreds of companies to be part of the transformation agenda for Africa’s most promising companies.
