Founding Partners

Chams Diagne

is one of the co-founders of the professional social network Viadeo, where he served as General Manager Africa.

An authority on the recruitment of executives and leaders in Africa, Chams now focuses on connecting the best talents with recruiters in Africa through Talent2Africa.
Chams regularly features in the top 100 ranking of young African leaders published by the Choiseul Institute and attended the Stanford Seed Transformation program for leaders in 2019.

Benoît Martin

has worked for over 10 years with major French companies on employer branding and sourcing executives and high potentials, notably within the Figaro Classifieds group (Cadremploi.fr).

He later joined Le Monde group, where he created and developed Forum Expat – the leading event on international mobility – and then held the position of Director of Africa activities, with a mission to deploy Le Monde Afrique media on the African continent. His career has also allowed him to develop proven expertise in Business Process Outsourcing, particularly through his experience with the Mauritian digital outsourcing company Esokia.
